Newbie Loubies...

Ahhhh Louboutin boutique at South Coast Plaza. I love you.

Thanks to Patrick who sent me a ton of pics from their new shipments! These are my faves...

I LOVE this. It reminds me of ice cream. Sexy ice cream. hahaha I don't think I have any blue shoes, nor did I think I'd ever want a pair (navy does not count as blue IMO) but these are so tarty and cute!

And these are just soooo perfect! So Summery and sassy, right?

And nobody does a sexy nude patent shoe like Mr. Louboutin. I love how low cut these are- what a sexy top line!! And the amount of toe cleavage should be illegal.

So go in there and check these out in person- I know I will :)

Scrunchy Scrunch

No- don't worry, I'm not going to talk about how I think scrunchies are making a come back. They're not.
...unless Margiela comes out with one, then I'm sure we'll all be blogging about them, right?

Anyway! So I rocked my Sass & Bide black rats for the first time today and I love them. Even my dad liked them! Haha. Is that a good thing?
I paired my new leggings with my favorite bad ass bootie of all times- my Sam Edelman "Balenciagas"... hehe

Holy Skyscrapers Batman!

...and I thought I had some high shoes. This bitch is putting my ass to shaaaaaame.

I said GODDAMN! These are re-dic.

(images: foto decadent)

*Drool

These Giambattista Valli's are sick in the head. Like, seriously could they be hotter? Um, no- I'm thinking not.

I loved those florescent shoes he did that the Olsen trolls were trotting around in last year, and these are a great follow up! I love the height of the platform in front, and how its smaller than the rest of the forepart.

What else do I love about this shoe you ask? Well, I'm glad you asked. I love the cream color- I think it's perfect. I love the dark brown platform with the cream. I love the pitch of the shoe and how it looks devastatingly high! I also love the slight almond shape to the toe- I hate witchy pointy toes.

I found these on lusiaviaroma for €600

Baby Shower!

So last night I went to what turned out to be the most awesome baby shower I've ever been to. It was actually more of a cocktail party staring a very cute pregnant friend of mine! I've honestly never been in a room with that many women in my life- my friend Heidi has more girl friends than girls I've met, I swear. There were a few subtle baby games and a station where you could decorate onesies bibs and burping cloths.
My favorite was the bellini bar!

Anyway, I rocked my Nicholas Kirkwoods and this super cute skirt I picked up at Forever 21. I love this Thomas Wylde clutch too- spices up any outing. Arrrgh  ;)

Great Success! (said, of course, in Borat accent)

You guys, I seriously couldn't be happier right now. I had my Harajuku Lovers approval meeting at Gwen's house today and she LOVED the line!! I'm so pumped. It turned out great and I'm super happy with it. :)
I wanted to get a pic taken of us and the shoes but I just can't work up the nerve to do it. Ha ha ha. I'm such a nerd.

We did these super cute moccasins with cool color combos, preppy mary janes with chunky heels and multi color strap, our own version of Doc Martins, wellingtons (so cute!) and some 80's inspired stuff that I love. I can't show you pictures yet- but I will after the show the first week of February.

I wore my Yokoo scarf and Gwen loved it. I'm still madly in love with my Stellas too. <3
It rained all day and I didn't get to eat- but my spirits were as high as ever. YAY!

A little Insider's Secret...

So have you guys checked out Bakers Shoes lately? Well, let me just tell you... they have some GOOD knock offs. Especially L.A.M.B. knockoffs.
My "insider's secret"? Well, I hear they are made in the same factories (sometimes) as the original!! The quality of leather of course isn't always the same, but I think that they could be a cool alternative for those of us on a budget? ;)

Check it out!

Very LAMB!

Another LAMB inspired shoe..

A TOTAL LAMB knockoff!! (check out the original)

Crazy, right?

I suck.

You know what I LOVE about this photo? The fact that Giselle's toes look long and almost ugly.

Ha ha bitch! You're not perfect.
Hope you all had as good of a weekend as I had! Sorry for slacking... ;)

Michael Castro

Jason Castros' lil bro - Michael Castro audition in Kansas City for American Idol 8. First thing you'll notice is his mohawk hairstyle. Some parts of his hair is colored pink and it really looks nice on him. And he also got that very cute smile. I would really like to see more of him in Hollywood.

Hmmm.... What to Wear?

I bought these Pradas last year after being bombarded by them in every editorial spread out there. The problem was that in the editorials, they were SUPER high (as you can see)... in reality- not so much. So I've worn them a total of once. I wanted to give them some love today.

...But, being not only a girl, but a Gemini girl- I changed my mind.

These Betsey Johnson Boots are some of my faves. They're probably about 3 years old and I love them! The heel tap on the left one is worn down so much that it makes annoying click clacking when I walk but I'm too lazy to get them fixed.

The BIg Reveal!

Ok kiddies... here you go! Look what I found!!!

Thats right!!! After almost giving up, I found them! Can you believe it!? And for 50% off the sale price! I was hysterical at Neimans. Seriously, I think I embarrassed my friend.

I'm a VERY happy girl!

Sickly Sweet

What do you guys think about these crazy ass Dolce and Gabanna shoes?? Pretty nuts, right? I'm feeling like I'm over sequined footwear, and judging by the sales racks- so are most of you. But I feel like these are so nutso koo koo bonkers that they deserve to be in their own category. To lump them in with "normal" sequined footwear wouldn't really be fair. These babies transcend borders or some shit.

I do however like the messiness of these sequins. That makes them sort of different and at the same time validates my trend forecasting skills. (I made a few JLO shoes with these same kind of messy sequins)

Now, you're probably thinking that these would be excruciating to walk in due to lack of arch support, but I owned a pair of shoes sort of like this (in 1999 no less) and though I looked like an underage stripper- I walked around just fine.

The ball of your foot and heel take all the pressure so you don't really notice the missing arch.

Then this girl here is just a Dorothy slipper in a platform with a weird looking bottom thingy that I think is totally unnecessary and kinda ruins the shoe/makes the shoe depending on how you choose to feel about it.

What do you think? Likey or No likey? And don't worry- I will reveal my new purchace as soon as I get off my ass and get dressed. I know you're all on the edge of your seats waiting, right? hahaha

A Little Spontaneous Shopping Trip

I was sitting on my Rock of Love rerun watching ass when my friend SLASH neighbor Gigi called and said the magic words: "Wanna go to the mall?"

If you know me you know my answer. I ran to my closet and threw on an outfit to go with my new Loubs that I've been dying to wear since I got them. I didn't really need the sweater since it was like 85 degrees out!! WTF?

So off we went to Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza. Guess what I found... I'll give you a clue. Shoes. ;)

check out the cute metallic perforated leather detail. SO cute! Shout out to ma girl Amita Singh at Christian Louboutin @ South Coast! We had a nice fashion gushing session today. haha- so fun.
You guys seriously if you haven't been in yet you have to go! It's such a beautiful store and I have yet to find a salesperson that I don't love there!

(leggings- American Apparel, tank- BP, sweater- Eight Sixty, shoes- Christian Louboutin)

So anyway- I got some really exciting shoes that I can't wait to show you!!

TO BE CONTINUED....
