I've received a few emails asking where they could find this wedge that I have in blue... It's new @ Heels.com in red! I love mine and get compliments on them whenever I wear them. :)

With this shitty economy, if you're going to spend money on a designer shoe is it going to be something basic that can get you through the season, or is it going to be something like this where you're making a statement and rubbing your hotness all over everyones faces?

I know you all know MY decision... but I'm not a normal person. I'm a shoe crazed maniac.

More Shorts! And My Very First Pair...

Anyhow- today's another warm day. My favorite kind of day. Another F21 outfit. Yes I'm obsessed. So what?

These were my very first pair of Louboutins btw. They're about 4 years old and I still live them. I remember saving for them and thinking that they were so high! Pfffft. HELLO Celine of the past... stop being a dork! 

You guys... I have curly hair. Secret's out. I never wear it curly because, well, I'm a girl and us girls are really good at wanting the opposite of what we have, right? I mean, WHY would you get a perm if you are lucky enough to have straight hair? I will never understand. 

No- I'm not wearing makeup, I know I have bags under my eyes, you don't need to tell me. K thanks.

Welcome Back Spring! I Missed You!

Ah, glorious Southern California sun, how I love you.

Today is so beautiful I had to wear something to celebrate! ;)

I picked up this little jumper whatever you call it thingy at- you guessed it- Forever 21. It's becoming my favorite place to shop, especially with our household budget squeeze. 

"Budget" is absolutely my LEAST favorite word. Yuck.

I'm thinking of doing a little mini DIY and switching out the buttons for something cuter. Like maybe some bubbly red heart buttons or some nautical looking buttons or something. 

Anyway. Here's my outfit for today. I wore these new Dolce Vita sandals for the first time. They're super comfy and a little sassy. Though I am now in my new black bikini and will be laying out until the sun goes down. You don't get to see that though. Ben would get super jealz.

I love this Marc Jacobs hair bauble. It reminds me of being young and it such a cute little accent without being too obnoxious. 

What do The Shoe Girl, Aladdin, and M.C. Hammer have in common?

Yep. I went for it. I found these at Forever 21 and figured that for $15, I could go ahead and take a chance. I'm actually glad I did- I really dig them. They aren't something I think I'll wear often, but I'm glad I tried them out.

I felt like I was in my PJs and got the obvious "Stop. Hammer time!" about 3 times, but overall people were into it.

I even wore my black lipgloss, alone instead of on top of a color, and I really like how edgy it looked. Again, not something I'd wear every day- but it was right for the outfit.

Killer Custom Shoes...

So I was contact by a British shoe designer who makes the cutest custom shoes. You guys have to check them out! You can find her on Shoe Missy, here. She makes several ultra girlie styles and even one sequined style you can customize for yourself!

These sequined ones are my favorite. How awesome, right? You can have them made with just about anything written on them. I love the idea of a personalized bride shoe. The ones in the pic say "Rock n Roll Bride". Very sassy.

Now I just need to decide what devious thing I'd want written on a pair of shoes for myself ;)

Any thoughts??

How sick are these shoes!? They are so effing sexy I can't stand it. I love the rich wood with golden tipped heels, mixed with the waxy black leather and that pop of contrast with the croco topline. Yummy! (click the image for a bigger size)

Still though, I can't help but feel like I need a pair. I kind of love them. 

Ever since I had a meeting with Gwen and she showed up rocking the shit out of them, I've felt like I needed to follow suit. Designers like Givenchy, Gaultier, and tons of others have sent their versions down the runway. Now us common folk can find versions at places like F21 and Top Shop. 

I think it's just about finding the right pair. I tried some on at Forever 21 but they were not good. I felt more like MC Hammer than a fashion maven. 

I'd want to pair them with some cute sandals like these by Dolce Vida 

I dunno, what do you all think?

Highlighter Yellow...

So here are my new BRIGHT yellow shoes! I love. I'm a total dork and did the high school thing of matching my eyeshadow to my shoes.  Whatever. I guess the 80's are back.
OOh OOh! And look at my cute new ring I found at YSL. And by "found" I mean saw on Amita @ Louboutin and copied! haha

Pretty sure I LOVE these shoes. They are so fabulous. 

Gaah! It just doesn't show the amazingness of the bright BRIGHT yellow! Oh well. You get it right? And the toe shape! ooOOoOooh the toe shape. Hearts.

What I Wore...

Off to the mall to make a second check on my HL shoes at Macy's. They look much better now that there are more styles. Thank god.

I stopped by the Louboutin boutique to say hi to my favorite people. I swear, I have so much fun every time I go in there. 

I look so dorky and awkward. haha.

Can you believe these are comfortable. They are, I swear.

Someday I'll buy a better camera. Any suggestions?

My favorite shoe website, heels.com just got their shipment of Harajuku Lovers in and they look great! They got my favorite shoes and now, so can you! Free 2nd day shipping too! Woo woo! 

I love buying shoes online. It's like you get a little present sent to you in a wrapped up package, and even though you know what it is, it's still so exciting every time! 

I'm so excited to see them up online. I hope they do well!! It's really exciting to see what I worked so hard on, what seems like so long ago. I mean, I'm already working on Spring 2010.
