36 bumbles of joy: a countdown

Bumbles (yes, bumbles, thanks to Edward Albee) of joy!

Life is funny sometimes... times eight!

mliamliamliaucb anonconit made my daymliamliamlia
[one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight]

I wish I had thought of that first... times seven!

Shoes I want to change my life like Cinderella's did for hers... times six!

Beautiful words... times five!

Songs that will burrow their way into your brains through your ears and make you unable to concentrate during midterms, which is terrible... times four!

"Peryglus Lucifer" - Hemme Fatale
"Somebody To Love" - Queen... which you might recognize from Glee
"Turn To Stone" - Ingrid Michaelson

Animals I want to put in my pocket... times three!

[via cuteoverload]

Blogs you should be reading right now... times two!

'Cause the lady dresses like this:

And she talks about her crystal flower brooch that she found in a parking lot HELLO AWESOME!

I believe the name says it all. Not to mention she makes Valentines that look like THIS!

Things I love... times one!

disaster's afoot

The day my boots decided to turn my feet into bloody stumps (well, not really, but I'm in enough pain that they're going on a vacation for a few weeks):

I should've known that disaster was afoot. And at hand.

Jacket: gift. Scarf: gift. White tee: hand-me-down. Jeans: Levi's 518. Boots: Steven by Steve Madden. Ring: Forever21.

on off days

On off days, I usually dress like this, but apparently Kathleen thinks that my off days are on, so on off days I'm actually having on-off days?

Thermal peeking out: something at macy's. Gray cardigan: Uniqlo. Oversized tee: uncle's. Ravenclaw-ish scarf: gift, brother. Skinny jeans: Levi's 518. Black and white saddle shoes: Payless. Rings: Forever21 + estate sale.

supercool

I decided to do most of my unintelligent Fashion Week coverage by color and with minimal commentary.

Oh Kirkwood...

First, he shows us these for Spring...

I love these. Everything about these. (a mere $2153.70 HERE)

And then there are these for Fall.

In the words of Rachel Zoe... I die.
I'm dead.
I died.
I love these a lot. A LOT.

I love Kirkwood a lot. A really lot lot.
I love how these heels look like carved soap or ivory. Well, not so much ivory cause that would be pretty terrible. Not clubbing baby seals terrible but... you know. I like elephants a lot. All animals really. Well, not sharks but I don't want to KILL them either. Unless they kill people then go ahead.

Deep blogging I know, but this is what I have for you.
I've been really sick and on top of that I haven't been feeling very inspired. I also feel like I'm talking to myself for some reason. Like nobody's out there.
Ever feel like that??

Hmph.

I love you Kirkwood. Keep up the good work :)
