Waiting on Wednesday

Waiting on Wednesday is a book meme hosted by Jill over at Breaking the Spine.

Normally SQT does this post, but since she's on vacation I thought I'd give it a go. I'm looking forward to checking out the book below, since it seems to have a lot of elements I enjoy (military scifi, superpowers). This week's can't wait to read selection is:
