crispy fried tofu and fruit salsa
My entry for the local seasonal fruit cookoff (which was also gluten-free): nectarine, blueberry, and tomato salsa with cilantro & lime basil, served with chili-cornmeal crusted fried tofu. Please check out the cookoff blog to see the other entries and who won!
